Actually Teach English & Observe Classes With Real Students

Observations: 6 hours observing experienced ESL teachers conducting lessons with Vietnamese students of varying ages and levels in real schools in Vietnam.

Peer Teaching: 2 full days of peer teaching where you teach a lesson in front of your classmates, observe each other and get feedback and assessment on your teaching from your trainer.

Solo Teaching: 6 teaching hours taught by you to real Vietnamese learners in real schools. You will receive feedback on your teaching by our team so that you can improve your teaching throughout the training.

Issued In Conjunction With American Global TESOL Association

We award a US issued certification on successful completion of the course. With over 4 weeks of classroom training and over 6 hours of practical teaching experience with real students our certification meets widely accepted agreed upon standards of a professionally TEFL course.

This means it stands out from online or combined TEFL certificates and offers a modern syllabus perfect for first time teachers or those looking to improve their teaching skills.

Placement In A Paid Teaching Job

This job placement assistance takes place during the final week of the program. We’ll conduct a CV workshop to ensure your resume is ready to go, and during the first few days of Week 4, you’ll be greeted by some of Vietnam’s most-established employers while they provide you with more information on what positions they’re hiring for, what they offer, and what it’s like to work with them. This gives you the opportunity to get to know the market and see what you like and don’t like about various employers in Vietnam.

After you complete the employer presentations, we’ll conduct our Career Readiness module, in which we prepare you for the hiring process and conduct our 1-on-1 job coaching sessions – unique to the Ninja Teacher program! We’ll spend time chatting with you to determine what you’re looking for in a teaching position, and answer any questions that you might have as you prepare to go into the hiring process.

We’ll then send out your resume to our active network of schools and work with you until you secure a paid teaching position.
