    Day 1

    Arrival in Thailand

You’ll arrive into Bangkok airport, where our partners on the ground will meet you and arrange transport onwards to start your orientation in Ayutthaya.

The capital of Thailand is known throughout the world for its vibrant street life, next level food and fast pace. A city of contrasts reflect at the Buddhist temples before diving into the nightlife of Khaosan Road.

    Day 2 – 3

    Orientation

Your orientation will start in the ancient capital of Thailand, Ayutthaya. Take this chance to meet the other interns, discover Thai culture and history, and explore your beautiful historic surroundings with some expert guidance.

Ayutthaya is the former capital of Thailand and the ruins of this ancient city are preserved in the lush greenery of the national park. A peaceful and picturesque change to bustling Bangkok, relax and explore one of the many temples.

    Day 4 – 50

    Your teaching experience

Now it’s time to travel over to Kanchanaburi, a rural area surrounded by lovely landscapes with a real beating traveller heart. Situated in the west of Thailand, an area of incredible natural beauty, visit amazing waterfalls, explore caves and lush jungle – the perfect place for hiking. Disrupting this stunning scenery is the infamous Burma Railway, captured forever in the film The Bridge on the River Kwai.

All of the Thai schools are in secluded small towns and villages, and your students will have a really basic knowledge of English, so there’s an opportunity for some really rewarding teaching here. Accommodation and some meals are included, and you’ll have plenty of spare time to explore your amazing surroundings in between teaching hours. Our partners will be on hand throughout to give you support, or just suggest a fun excursion for the weekend!

    Day 51

    Transfer to Bangkok

On your last evening in Kanchanaburi, a farewell meal will be organised for you and your interns to mark the end of your amazing teaching experience.

On your final day, you’ll say goodbye to Kanchanaburi and transfer back to Bangkok for a final night’s stay in the city centre before your flight home.
